How do I access MyPanel?

With NetValue you have one main username and password that you use to access MyPanel. You may change that password once you are logged into MyPanel. You also have individual hosting account ftp usernames and passwords, and email account passwords.

I’ve lost my MyPanel login details how can I obtain them?

Please use the ‘Lost your password’ link on the Login screen. If you don’t receive the an email with the details shortly – please Contact Us.

How do I obtain or change my FTP password?

Log into your MyPanel at http://www.’yourdomain.com’/mypanel/ and proceed to the hosting accounts page. Select the hosting account, and then you may see the password, or use the change password function. The ftp password for that hosting account will be reset. If you have a Windows hosting account with NetValue, however, you will need to email support to reset your FTP password.

How do I obtain and/or change a password for one of my email addresses?

Log into your MyPanel and proceed to the hosting accounts page. Select the hosting account, and then click on the email link. You may see your password, or use the change password function.
